A Message From The President

I sure hope all of you enjoyed our time at Joe's Automotive Museum in April. It was wonderful meeting so many new people from Orange County who don't always get to attend our Los Angeles meetings because of the distance. Take a look at the group photo below - we had a great time! As always, thanks to the many talented people who took the time and effort to showcase at that event. It is so appreciated by everyone.

We have many wonderful things planned for the year including the Joint Allied Mixer (JAM) August 13th at = Sony Picture Studios - we are very excited to share time = with all of you. Don't forget election time is here and the slate of board members will be out shortly. Please take a minute to vote for your leadership next year.

Hope April brought a lot of positive happenings your way. It certainly did for me and May looks like it will continue to do so.

I had my Grandson sleep over the other night and he woke up around 6AM, his usual wake-up time. He came into my bedroom and said, "Bama wake up, it's a beautiful day." This is from a 3 year old!! I wish the same to all of you everyday.

Take good care of yourselves. Don't forget to find your smile and enjoy this amazing journey we are on. God Bless all of you and let's get our troops home safe and sound soon.

4/15/03 A Fun Night at Joe's Automotive Museum!

There couldn't have been a more perfect spot for a slice of Automotive Americana. The monthly mixer was filled with good old American fun. Hot dogs, mac n' cheese and chicken strips were amongst all the tasty treats. The experience continued on the dance floor. Attendees were motivated to lay down some tread and dance through the decades with some Swingin Grooves from the 40's, a little taste of the Hustle complete with the fever of Saturday Night, right on through the latest Hip Hop funk.
